PDF PUZ Solution
I've been making an effort to learn how to write more themed puzzles, in hopes of maybe utilizing seed entries better. This puzzle started with 16-Across (surprisingly) and the rest of the theme kind of just happened. (To be real, I didn't need to add 21-Across, I just thought it'd be a funny meme.)
